Kasko, Conni (nee Sigsgaard)
January 21, 1933 – October 2, 2025
It is with love and remembrance that we announce the passing of our mom, Conni Kasko, who left us at the age of 92.
Born in Denmark, she followed her husband, Leif Kasko (d.2004), to Canada in 1957 where she built a life filled with beauty, creativity and friendship. Conni had a keen sense of design - her home was always warm and welcoming, with fresh flowers, music playing and a candle burning.
She was a gracious hostess, a self-taught organist, and a friend to many who admired her charm, humour and unique style.
Conni is survived by her children Sussi (Gary), Pauline (Brian), Mark and Lisa (Dan) and her 11 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great, great grandchildren.
A private family gathering will be held to celebrate her life. In her memory, light a candle, play a favourite song or place fresh flowers in your home – simple joys that meant so much to her.
