January 3, 1962 - October 15, 2026Patricia Lynn Barbour, 63, of Hamilton, Ontario, passed away suddenly on October 15, 2026, leaving her family and loved ones heartbroken by her unexpected loss. Born and raised in Hamilton, Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker whose life revolved around the people she loved most.
Patricia had a heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need. Her kindness, generosity, and love for her family were at the centre of who she was. She especially cherished her grandchildren, Sophia, Hazel, Nora, Halle, and Hunter, who brought her immense joy. She also enjoyed relaxing and watching her favourite television shows, including Two and a Half Men.
Patricia will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Thomas Barbour; her sons, Steven (Jessica), Mark, and Paul (Kirstie); her stepdaughter, Lisa (Wade); her grandchildren, Sophia, Hazel, Nora, Halle, and Hunter; her sister, Sandy Guthro (Charlie); and her brother, Kevin Jesty (Deb).
She was predeceased by her beloved son, David Barbour; her brother, Rick Jesty; and her parents, Francis and Bernard Jesty.
Patricia will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Her kindness, generous spirit, and the love she gave so freely will remain forever in the hearts of her family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
