February 20, 1955 - February 25, 2026It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Tom Johnston, who departed this life on February 25, 2026 at Hamilton, Ontario. Tom leaves behind his two children Josh (Amy) and Tiffany, two grandchildren, Maisie and Quinn, siblings, Janice (Kevin), Diane (Ron), and Gary, and his many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Karl and Violet Johnston.
Cremation has taken place and the family will privately lay Tom to rest in the coming months.
The frown has finally faded,
The weary heart is still.
No more grumpy word is made,
Upon the quiet hill.Rest easy, stormy spirit,
Your battle now is done.
Sleep in peace, we hear it,
A gentler song is won.
